The scope of HCC valuation services ranges from comprehensive, formal written reports with certified opinions to limited, restricted use analyses and valuation consultations. HCC conducts each valuation engagement in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, as well as the code of ethics and standards of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and other professional standards.
